Shenyu Hollow PVC Roof Sheet Plastic corrugated sheets have a wide range of applications, mainly used in large-scale factories, brick factories, warehouses, wholesale farmers' markets, etc. Particularly suitable for farming, old factory buildings warehouse remodeling, and others.

Installation Instructions

Purline can choose square tube (60mmx40mmx3mm) section steel (100mmx50mmx3mm) or anticorrosive flitch(60mmx40mm). The space between purlines is 660mm, and the purlines are arranged from bottom to top. Refer to the local wind direction, and install the main tile in the reverse direction. Erect a tile wave, and do it on both sides simultaneously.

When installing the main ridge tiles, cut a part of the first ridge tile before installation. When installing, the joining place between the main ridge tile and the tilted ridge tile should be sawed to be flat. Install the main ridge tile and the tilted ridge tile before installing the three-way tile.

The fixed parts are special fittings. When fixing, drill a hole that is 2mm bigger than the lead screw of the hooked nail with an electric drill first. It is recommended to choose Φ6.3mm tapping screws.
